How to Use

  1. Board and Strap: Sit or lie down, place your heel on the board, loop the strap around your foot, and gently pull for knee bending.
  2. KneEXT for Extension: Rest your heel in the cradle and let gravity assist full knee extension.
  3. KneEXT for Short-Arc Quads: Flip the roller over, place it behind your knee, and squeeze downward to perform short-arc quads.

Use 2–3 times daily as directed by your physical therapist.

Exercises This Tool Powers

Prolonged Extension Stretch

Place your heel into the KneEXT foam roll’s cut-out cup with your leg straight. Relax your thigh and let gravity gently pull your knee down for 3–5 minutes. Repeat 2–3 times daily.

Heel Slides on the Board

Sit or lie down with your heel on the slide board, loop the Yoga Strap around your foot, and gently pull your heel toward your buttocks. Hold the end range 5 seconds, return. 10–15 reps × 3 sets.

Short Arc Quad

Flip the KneEXT foam roll so the flat side is down. Sit or lie with the roll under your knee. Slowly straighten your leg by squeezing your quad. Hold the lock-out 3 seconds, then lower.

10 reps × 3 sets.
