Refund policy
30-Day Comfort & Progress Promise
If your EquipCore product doesn't make your home exercises easier, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, even if you've used it. There's no restocking fee, and return shipping is free.
How to return
- Email joe.armeli.dpt@equipcoretherapy.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
- We'll email you a free prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
- Pack the item and drop it off with the carrier.
Please contact us before sending anything back so we can match your return to your order.
Refunds
When your return arrives, we'll email you to confirm. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
Exchanges
Return the item under this policy and place a new order for the one you want.
