  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Processing times may vary for high-demand or customized therapy equipment.


3. Shipping Options, Rates & Delivery Estimates

Notes:

  • Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and begin after your order has been processed.

  • We currently ship only within the United States.

  • International and local pickup options are not available at this time.

Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.


6. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

  • If your package arrives damaged, please email joe.armeli.dpt@equipcoretherapy.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damage and your order number.

  • If your shipment is lost or delayed, contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. Our team can assist with a claim if necessary.

  • EquipCore Therapy LLC is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.


7. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will incur reshipping fees.

8. International Shipping

At this time, EquipCore Therapy LLC ships only within the United States.
We plan to expand international shipping options in the future.
