Where we ship: United States only.
Processing: Orders ship the same or next business day. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays ship the next business day.

Tracking: You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships. It usually becomes active within 24 hours.
Damaged or lost packages: If your package arrives damaged, email joe.armeli.dpt@equipcoretherapy.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. If it's lost or delayed, contact the carrier with your tracking number, and email us if you need help with a claim.
Address errors: Please double-check your address at checkout. Orders returned because of an incorrect address will incur reshipping fees. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll fix it before your order ships.
