How to Use

  1. Glute Bridge with Band: Place band above knees, lie on your back, lift hips, and gently press knees outward.
  2. Standing Hip Abduction: Band above ankles, shift weight to one leg, move the other leg out to the side.
  3. Dead Bug with Band: Band around feet, lie on back, extend opposite arm and leg while keeping core engaged.
  4. Bilateral External Rotation: Hold the loop in both hands with elbows bent at 90° tucked at your sides. Keeping elbows pinned, rotate both forearms outward against the band. Hold 2 sec, 10–15 reps × 3.

Exercises This Tool Powers

Glute Bridge with Band

Place the band just above your knees. Lie on your back, knees bent, feet flat. Lift your hips toward the ceiling while gently pressing your knees outward against the band. Hold 2 seconds at the top. 10–15 reps × 3 sets.

Banded Lateral Walks

Place the band just above your ankles. Stand in a quarter squat with feet hip-width apart. Step sideways 10 steps in one direction, then 10 back. Keep tension on the band the whole time. 3 sets per side.

Bilateral External Rotation

Hold the loop in both hands with your elbows bent at 90° and tucked against your sides. Keeping your elbows pinned, slowly rotate both forearms outward against the band’s resistance. Hold 2 seconds at the end range. 10–15 reps × 3 sets.
