How to Use

  1. Prolonged Extension Stretch: Lie on your back or sit, place heel in cut-out, relax leg, and let gravity work for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Short Arc Quad: Flip roller, rest knee over center, straighten leg by contracting quad for 3 sets of 10 reps.
  3. Use 2–3× daily or as recommended by your PT.
